Really interesting post on "wokelash" - and I think this is something that needs to explored further. I did a LinkedIn post about it a few months ago and it went a bit crazy, with recruiters saying "we don't have access to DEI data so we don't use it in decisions" and candidates saying that they don't trust processes or recruiters.
yes, there is debate to be had on multiple levels here. It might actually be worth doing a Brainfood Live on this - state of DEI / what is the wokelash / how does the political environment impact DEI going forward etc
