I am curious if the lack of correlation between D&I and $$ has more to do with the reliance of old systems that weren't updated to allow D&I hires to actually have a voice? It's one thing to hire and it's a much bigger project to make the systemic changes within organizations to allow people to use their diverse voice within the company.

Excellent content this week (well, every week). I’m sure it was a hard lesson learned for Brittany that you don’t trash your former employer to the world. Ever.

And the lack of correlation between D&I focus and subsequent $$ results is actually not that surprising. Disappointing, but not surprising.
