Dropping equity may get SHRM CEO, Johnny Taylor, that job as U.S. Secretary of Labor that he so craves in the new Trump Administration.
I think certainly aligned with Trumpism, which of course has support in the wider population but generally is a minority view in TA / HR!

It doesn’t say what that will actually mean in terms of actions, so I don’t know what to think of it.
yes, I am inferring a lot. I believe their position is 'equality of opportunity' not 'equality of outcome' - therefore pro standardised testing, anti-quotas
